Subject: CQ-4471, containment in place, part 774-2210-B batch L-26-0714
Hello,
We received your complaint of 2026-07-29 on part 774-2210-B, batch L-26-0714. Containment is in place as of today.
We do not yet know the root cause. We are not going to guess at it in this message. Our analysis is under way and we will send you the D4 with the tested hypotheses by 2026-08-08, which is the date your supplier manual asks for.
One untested observation, for transparency and not as a conclusion: the deburring brush on the machine that ran this batch was changed on 2026-07-13. Whether it was worn early is one of the hypotheses D4 will test. It may turn out to be unrelated.
Regards,
